Current Status of Micro- and Nano- technology R&D Activities at STU Bratislava and Trends in Slovakia Frantisek Uherek, STU and ILC Bratislava, Slovakia
In the presentation the actual possibilities and research projects at STU and ILC Bratislava in field of micro- and nano- technology will be presented.
Some new activities in preparing the agenda in the nanotechnology area at Slovakia will be discussed in details.
